So life is a little off kilter still around here. BC turned up with either *cross your fingers for* food poisoning (anyone else recall the 3 dollar pizza?!) or the flu *we cannot get the flu Beach has a very important gym thing on Tuesday*. Anyway we have been planning for a LONG TIME to make my friend Crystal a yard Shishkaball game!!!! Yeah!!! But with the chaos of this week and followed by BC's stomach woes, saddly I had to go to the party pretty much empty handded :/ I am a loser friend. Baked beans and cucumber slices anyone?

But even without a real gift they let us in to eat and play!

What cracked me up wile buying the bag of pit balls was the guy at Toys R Us who apparently has the job of telling kids as they leave the store the tag line of "don't open it in the car you might lose some of the pieces". After he said that to me I had a hard time NOT opening them in my car it suddenly seemed like the best idea I had ever had- ball pit car! Could you imagine how fun red lights could be?!
